Sad news has struck the UK scene of professional wrestling as it was recently announced that Pro Wrestling Chaos will close in Feburary 2020. The final show will take place at that time as well. Many fans and supporters of PWC were shocked to read that news as this has been a sad week starting with Defiant Wrestling closing their doors, and PROGRESS Wrestling’s Jim Smallman announcing that he was stepping away from the promotion.

PWC was founded in 2013 by Rob Clark, Nick Woolcock, and Dave Youell. At the time, the three best friends wanted to see if they can do it and little did they know, their ideas and dreams came to reality as it became one of the UK’s top promotions. It grew very fast and many wrestlers in the independent circut such as Chris Hero, Tommaso Ciampa, Jeff Cobb, Chuck Taylor, and more had matches over there from time to time. Their main roster featured Killer Kelly, Nina Samuels, Eddie Dennis, Robbie X, and much more.

Their current King Of Chaos Champion is James Drake as he held the Championship since March of this year. Their Maiden Of Chaos Champion is Dani Luna as she just won the Championship last month and is also their youngest champion.

PWC had their 5th anniversary show in 2018 as it was a celebration for everyone. Everyone behind the promotion has made it to where it is today and the fans that wanted pro wrestling no matter if it was the flashy moves or characters. The UK scene is always passionate for pro wrestling and it will be sad to see PWC close its doors. Be sure to attend one of their upcoming shows and give them a chance as you will leave that arena satisfied after being there to experience it.
